Christian Haas, a textile engineer with 30 years of professional experience in the nonwovens industry, specializes in staple fiber-based nonwovens processes. Through my company, Haas Nonwovens Systems, I offer consulting services worldwide and also provide machinery and systems from various manufacturers in the markets I serve, Germany and Switzerland.
Another focus is packaging solutions for a wide range of industries, which are offered with our partners Bocedi SRL and ATF Automation.

As an expert in staple fiber-based nonwovens with 30 years of experience, my company, Haas Nonwovens Systems, advises on product and process development for all types of fibers, be they natural, mineral, or man-made.
We develop or redesign nonwoven products.
We conduct market and feasibility studies, as well as energy assessments. We can assist with the preparation of documents for municipal or state permits.
Depending on customer requirements and budget, we develop concepts for production lines based on either new or used machines, or a combination of both. We procure and qualify new and used machines and assess whether they are technically and technologically suitable for the task.
We assemble turnkey systems based on new or used machines or a mixture of both.
We take care of the end of life of nonwovens and how they can be recycled or reprocessed.
We work freely and independently of suppliers with one goal in mind: to find the best solution for our customers.
We work either on a commission basis or for a consulting fee. You can engage us for short, medium, or long-term projects.
